1. Usage Method

First, heat the water to 60 - 70°C. This temperature range ensures better dissolution of the emulsifier. Next, add the pre-measured asphalt emulsifier to the hot water and stir continuously until fully dissolved. Then, add industrial acid to adjust the pH of the solution to between 2.0 and 2.5. After these steps, it is ready for producing emulsified asphalt.
